Abstract: An endoscope includes: a conduit that is provided inside an insertion section and into which a guide wire is inserted in a direction opposite to an insertion direction of the insertion section; a bent conduit that is bent to make the conduit communicate with a pipe sleeve of a treatment instrument insertion port provided in an operation section; and a forceps plug that is detachable from the pipe sleeve. An opening is deviated from a center of the pipe sleeve toward an outer circumferential side of a bending direction of the bent conduit.
