  • Patent number: 11820191
Abstract: Provided is a stabilizer bush that ensures improved durability. The stabilizer bush (10) comprises: a bush main body (11) formed from a tubular elastic body having a retention hole (12) through which the stabilizer bar (2) passes; a rigid body portion (14) that is fixed to the bush main body (11) and has a higher rigidity than the bush main body (11); and an elastic film (16) that comprises an elastic body and is in contact with a second surface (14b) of the rigid body portion (14). A part of the elastic film (16) is fitted into depressed portions (15a, 15b) that are depressed from the second surface (14b) to a first surface (14a) side.

  • Patent number: 10449823
Abstract: A bush main body having a circumferential part divided by a first virtual plane includes a first portion that is extended over a predetermined circumferential distance from the first virtual plane, a second portion that is disposed opposite the first portion with the first virtual plane sandwiched in between and is extended over a predetermined circumferential distance from the first virtual plane, and a third portion that is a portion other than the first and second portions. The inside diameter of the inner peripheral surface in a second virtual plane that includes an axial center and is perpendicular to the first virtual plane is set to be greater than the inside diameter of the inner peripheral surface in the first virtual plane while the first portion is in contact with the second portion in a no-load state before bonding to the stabilizer bar.

  • Publication number: 20180134109
Abstract: A stabilizer bush includes a bush main body, an annular lip, and an adhesive layer. The bush main body has a first inner peripheral surface and is formed of a cylindrical rubber elastic body. The first inner peripheral surface is to be attached to a stabilizer bar. The annular lip has a second inner peripheral surface contiguous to the first inner peripheral surface, is formed integrally with the bush main body, and is axially projected from the side toward the axial center of the axial end of the bush main body. The adhesive layer is formed of an adhesive that is applied to the first inner peripheral surface and to the second inner peripheral surface.

  • Patent number: 9636966
Abstract: When a clipping member is fitted onto the outer peripheral surface of a sealing member, the tightening margin for elastic fitting is provided to the sealing member by the fastening force of the clipping member. In this case, the clipping member includes an opening portion formed to have a partial separation in the circumferential direction and is formed from a metallic material approximately in a C shape having an inner diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the sealing member. Also in the case where a permanent set occurs in the rubber elastic body (the sealing member) as time passes, the clipping member is reduced in diameter by the elastic restoring force of itself. Accordingly, the tightening margin for elastic fitting to the stabilizer bar can be continuously provided to the sealing member.

  • Publication number: 20150290997
Abstract: When a clipping member 200 is fitted onto the outer peripheral surface of a sealing member 120, the tightening margin for elastic fitting is provided to the sealing member by the fastening force of the clipping member 200. In this case, the clipping member 200 includes an opening portion formed to have a partial separation in the circumferential direction and is formed from a metallic material approximately in a C shape having an inner diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the sealing member 120. Also in the case where a permanent set occurs in the rubber elastic body (the sealing member 120) as time passes, the clipping member 200 is reduced in diameter by the elastic restoring force of itself. Accordingly, the tightening margin for elastic fitting to the stabilizer bar can be continuously provided to the sealing member 120.
