  • Publication number: 20140110809
Abstract: According to one embodiment, a method of manufacturing a solid-state imaging device includes a trench forming process, a concave portion forming process, a coating process, and a burying process. In the trench forming process, a trench is formed at the position to isolate a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements. In the concave portion forming process, a concave portion is formed at the position to form a light shielding film of shielding at least part of subject light incident on an adjustment photoelectric conversion element used for an image quality adjustment of an imaged image. In the coating process, inner circumferential surfaces of the trench and the concave portion are coated with an insulating film. In the burying process, a light shielding member is buried inside the trench and the concave portion whose inner circumferential surface are coated with the insulating film.

  • Patent number: 8215060
Abstract: A window regulator includes a carrier. The carrier includes a holding section and is capable slide along a guide rail with the holding section slidably contacting on the guide rail. The carrier supports a window panel. A brake mechanism is provided on the carrier. The brake mechanism prevents the window panel (the carrier) from self-weight drop by slidably contacting onto the guide rail by an urging force thereof. According to the window regulator, good down operations of the window panel can be maintained even if a slidably contacting portion(s) of the holding section that holds the guide rail becomes worn.

  • Patent number: 8077292
Abstract: A projection exposure method that projects the shape of a hole onto a wafer by projecting a diffracted light, which is produced by applying light to a mask having a pattern for forming a hole pattern, onto the wafer through a projection optical system for exposure, wherein, in a plane substantially perpendicular to an optical axis, the light applied to the mask has a first intensity distribution in which the intensity is higher in the vicinity of eight apexes of an octagon centered at the optical axis than in other areas, the mask has a plurality of first opening patterns are arranged in a rectangular lattice configuration having sides parallel to diagonals of the octagon passing through the optical axis, and a plurality of second opening patterns are arranged in a face-centered rectangular lattice configuration having sides parallel to diagonals of the octagon passing through the optical axis.

  • Patent number: 7654247
Abstract: A gas engine has a starting operation mode in which fuel gas flow is controlled based on actual mixture flow rate and adequate excess air ratio prescribed for each of detected values of operating conditions of the engine and then mixture flow is controlled so that engine rotation speed approaches a target rotation speed, and a normal operation mode in which fuel gas flow is controlled so that engine rotation speed approaches the target rotation speed and then mixture flow rate is controlled so that air fuel ratio of the mixture coincides with an adequate value prescribed for each of detected values of operating conditions of the gas engine with the fuel gas flow flowing at the commanded fuel gas flow rate, and a switchover rotation speed is predetermined so that operation mode is switched from starting mode to normal mode when engine speed reaches the switchover rotation speed.
