    Abstract: In a terminal module, a case includes a pair of side walls and a terminal member includes a first terminal relatively movable with respect to the pair of side walls. Each of the pair of side walls includes a first divided wall portion and a second divided wall portion. The first divided wall portion includes a first terminal receiving portion. The second divided wall portion includes a second terminal receiving portion. The first terminal includes a guided portion, a first engaging portion and a second engaging portion. The respective first divided wall portions of the pair of respective side walls are parallel to each other. The respective second divided wall portions of the pair of respective side walls are parallel to each other.     Abstract: A method for manufacturing a semiconductor device includes: preparing a semiconductor substrate; arranging a mask on one surface of the semiconductor substrate; forming opening portions in the mask by patterning so as to expose planned formation regions of the semiconductor substrate where trenches are to be formed; forming the trenches, which extend in a longitudinal direction along a planar direction of the semiconductor substrate, in the semiconductor substrate adjacent to the one surface, by performing a first etching using the mask; forming a rounded portion at an opening end portion of each of the trenches by performing a second etching in a state where the mask is arranged and under a condition that a selectivity of the mask is higher than that of the semiconductor substrate; and arranging a gate insulating film and a gate electrode in each of the trenches, thereby to form trench gate structures.

    Abstract: A terminal structure includes: a first trench extending along a depth direction from an upper surface of a semiconductor substrate; a plurality of second trenches, each of which extends along the depth direction from a bottom surface of the first trench and which are arranged at intervals in a direction away from an element portion; a plurality of first floating regions having a floating potential, each of which is exposed at the bottom surface of the first trench, is disposed between the second trenches, and forms a PN-junction with a surrounding region thereof; and a plurality of second floating regions having a floating potential, each of which is exposed at a bottom surface of the second trench and forms a PN-junction with a surrounding region thereof.
