  • Publication number: 20160272271
Abstract: A vehicle height adjustment device includes a spring. An adjustor includes an accommodation chamber accommodating a fluid to adjust a length of the spring based on the fluid amount in the accommodation chamber. A storage chamber stores the fluid. A pump includes a cylinder that takes in the fluid in the storage chamber when a distance between a vehicle body and a vehicle wheel increases, and that discharges the fluid when the distance decreases. A passage switch unit switches among a first state in which the fluid discharged from the pump is guided into the accommodation chamber to increase the fluid amount in the accommodation chamber, a second state in which the fluid in the accommodation chamber is guided into the storage chamber to decrease the fluid amount, and a third state in which the fluid amount is maintained. Without electric current supply, the third state is maintained.

  • Publication number: 20160265945
Abstract: A stroke sensor system includes a vehicle-body-side member, a wheel-side member, and a movement-amount deriving section. The movement-amount deriving section derives a movement amount of relative movement between the vehicle-body-side member and the wheel-side member. At least a part of one of the vehicle-body-side member and the wheel-side member is a conductor, and the other is provided with a coil. The movement-amount deriving section includes an even number of capacitors and an even number of exciting sections. The even number of capacitors are electrically coupled to the coil and configure an LC resonance section. The even number of exciting sections are for exciting an oscillation waveform output by the LC resonance section. The even number of capacitors and the even number of exciting sections are divided into equal numbers to configure a balanced circuit. The movement-amount deriving section derives the movement amount based on the oscillation waveform.

  • Publication number: 20160090146
Abstract: A shock absorber includes: a valve body; a valve seat; an actuator; and a fail-safe valve that is urged by a first elastic body. When fluid does not flow, the fail-safe valve is urged by the first elastic body to come into contact with the valve body and close a channel. When the fluid flows, the fail-safe valve is spaced from the valve body by a fluid pressure to open the channel. When the valve body moves most in a valve opening direction, the fail-safe valve is brought into contact with the valve body and the channel is closed, and a supporting portion supports a part of the fail-safe valve. When the fluid flows in this state, at least a part of the fail-safe valve, which is in contact with a non-supporting portion, is spaced from the valve body by the fluid pressure to open the channel.

  • Publication number: 20160039143
Abstract: An imprint method for transferring a pattern formed on a mold onto a resin on a substrate. The substrate is held on a holding surface. A resin on the substrate is brought in contact with the mold. A partial region of the substrate is thermally deformed in a deforming step by irradiating the partial region with light. The resin is cured. The resin in contact with the mold is released. In at least a portion of the period during the deforming step, a region different from the partial region is held at a predetermined suction force, while holding the partial region at a suction force lower than the predetermined suction force.

  • Patent number: 9201298
Abstract: An imprint method of transferring a pattern formed on a mold onto a resin on a substrate. The substrate is held on a holding surface by suction. A shape of a substrate-side pattern area pre-existing on the substrate is deformed. A resin on the pattern area is brought in contact with the mold. Positions of the pattern of the mold and of the pattern area are adjusted. The resin is cured and the mold is released from the resin in contact with the mold. A deformation force, which is greater than a maximum static frictional force acting between a rear surface of the substrate corresponding to the pattern area and the holding surface, is applied to the substrate. A suction force acting on the rear surface of the substrate corresponding to the pattern area in deforming is less than a suction force acting on the substrate in adjusting.
