Publication number: 20240132147Abstract: A vehicle power supply system includes a power source control device that executes a process of switching a connection state of a driving circuit to the main power source and an auxiliary power source including; a process of switching the connection state so as to transition to a backup state as a voltage decrease of the main power source occurs, and a process of switching the connection state so as to transition to a normal state as the voltage decrease of the main power source is resolved. After a voltage decrease of the main power source occurs, a turning-side control device of a steering control unit sets an output-limited state for a turning-side motor. The output-limited state is canceled upon the power source control device completing switching of the connection state so as to transition.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 11, 2023Publication date: April 25, 2024Applicants: JTEKT CORPORATION, TOYOTA JIDOSHA KABUSHIKI KAISHA, DENSO CORPORATIONInventors: Yuuta KAJISAWA, Yuji FUJITA, Yugo NAGASHIMA, Kazuma HASEGAWA, Takashi KOUDAI, Kaishi MONOBE, Kenichi ABE, Masaharu YAMASHITA, Shintaro TAKAYAMA, Kazuaki IIDA, Yasushi HORA, Yosuke YAMASHITA, Hiroki TOMIZAWA, Nobuyori NAKAJIMA, Hayaki TANABE, Toyohiro HAYASHI, Takeshi IWANA

Publication number: 20240088814Abstract: When a DC power source fails, the following controls are performed. The normal control is resumed when an inverter input voltage recovers before a standby period elapses after a power failure time. A power source relay is turned off when the standby period elapses without recovery of the voltage. The power source relay is turned on again when a power source relay off period has elapsed from a turn-off time. The normal control is resumed when the inverter input voltage recovers at the turn-on time. The normal control is resumed when the inverter input voltage recovers before the power source relay on period elapses from the turn-on time. The power source relay is turned off, and driving of the actuator is stopped, when the power source relay on period passes without recovery of the voltage.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 16, 2023Publication date: March 14, 2024Inventors: Hiroki TOMIZAWA, Nobuyori NAKAJIMA, Tomoaki YOSHIMI, Toyohiro HAYASHI, Yosuke YAMASHITA, Shintaro TAKAYAMA, Yuuta KAJISAWA, Yuji FUJITA

Patent number: 4297392Abstract: In the course of producing a thin film of amorphous silicon by high frequency sputtering elemental silicon under an atmosphere containing at least hydrogen gas, the temperature of the base plate onto which the amorphous silicon is deposited is maintained at a temperature of about 50.degree. C. to 150.degree. C. The thus obtained silicon film possesses not only photoconductivity sufficient for use as a photoconductor but also a large difference between photoconductivity and dard conductivity. In addition, a photoconductor of an amorphous silicon thin film can be produced at low cost without environmental pollution problems.Type: GrantFiled: November 2, 1979Date of Patent: October 27, 1981Assignee: Fuji Photo Film Co., Ltd.Inventors: Akio Higashi, Kazuhiro Kawaziri, Yosuke Nakajima
