  • Patent number: 12516251
Abstract: In various aspects, systems and methods are provided for operating an oxygen-fired catalyst regenerator with flue gas recycle and CO2 capture. An oxygen-fired catalyst regenerator contrasts with an air-fired regenerator. The oxygen-fired catalyst regenerator substantially reduces nitrogen within the system, which facilitates CO2 capture by reducing the energy required to capture CO2. In various aspects, a first portion of the regenerator flue gas is passed to a CO2 capture system and a second portion is recycled to the regenerator. Before the flue gas is recycled or diverted to the CO2 capture, it is passed to various processes that remove and/or reduce SOx, NOx, particulate, and water content. In various aspects, a portion of the treated flue gas may be combined with substantially pure O2 and recycled to the regenerator.

  • Publication number: 20250171380
Abstract: In the liquid hydrocarbon producing method, a carbon compound is pyrolyzed using a metal oxide as a heat medium to generate a first gas containing H2, CH4, and light olefins; solid carbon formed as a by-product on the surface of the metal oxide during the pyrolysis is partially oxidized in a CO2 atmosphere to generate a second gas containing CO; steam is supplied to the second gas and a light saturated hydrocarbon gas and a steam reforming reaction and a water gas shift reaction are conducted to generate a third gas containing CO and H2; and a liquid hydrocarbon is produced using the first gas and the third gas as raw materials.

  • Publication number: 20250001353
Abstract: In one embodiment, an acidic gas recovery apparatus includes an absorber to be supplied with a first gas including an acidic gas, cause an absorption liquid to absorb the acidic gas, and discharge the liquid that has adsorbed the acidic gas, and a second gas including the first gas from which the acidic gas has been removed, which are separated by a first separator. The apparatus further includes an evaporator to heat this liquid to release the acidic gas and steam, and discharge the liquid from which the acidic gas and the steam have been released, and a third gas including the acidic gas and the steam, which are separated by a second separator. The apparatus further includes a cooler to cool this third gas to condense the steam, and discharge the acidic gas and condensed water, which are separated by a third separator.

  • Publication number: 20210288761
Abstract: A method of codeword (CW) mapping in a wireless communication system includes determining, with a Transmission and Reception Point (TRP), order of resources mapped to the CW, and mapping, with the TRP, the CW to resources in accordance with the determined order. The order of resources is determined based on a frequency resource, a time resource, and a layer. The determining determines the order based on a type of re¬ transmission control. The type of re-transmission control is CW-level Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) and code block group (CBG)-level HARQ. When the CW-level HARQ is applied, the determining determines the order as order of the layer, the frequency resource, and the time resource. When the CBG-level HARQ is applied, the determining determines the order as order of the frequency resource, the layer, and the time resource.
