    Abstract: A composite magnetic nanomaterial based on a DNA tetrahedron, preparation therefor and use thereof are provided. The preparation method include the steps of synthesizing a DNA tetrahedron by means of a self-assembly reaction of single-stranded DNA chains, loading magnetic nanoparticles on the surfaces of molybdenum disulfide particles, modifying gold nanoparticles on exposed active sulfur atoms of the molybdenum disulfide particles, modifying the DNA tetrahedron on the gold nanoparticles, and bonding a protein antibody on the DNA tetrahedron. The composite magnetic nanomaterial is used for enriching and detecting low-abundance proteins in serum, and specific low-abundance proteins in the serum can be efficiently and selectively enriched by means of the specific reaction between an antigen and an antibody.

    Abstract: An apparatus and a method for quantitative detection of gases are provided. The apparatus for quantitative detection of gases includes: a cavity ring-down spectroscopy device configured to quantitatively detect any characteristic gas in gases to be detected; a sample processing device disposed in a downstream of the cavity ring-down spectroscopy device and connected to the cavity ring-down spectroscopy device; and a mass spectrometry device disposed in a downstream of the sample processing device and configured to detect all the gases to be detected. Quantitative analysis of any variety of gases may be achieved without using standard gas in the technical solution proposed by the present application. Since no standard gas is required, the technology has significantly increased flexibility, and can be used for routine laboratory testing, for online analysis at industrial sites, as well as detection and analysis in environmental protection, national defense, aviation, aerospace, military and other fields.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of mass spectra. Disclosed are a novel ion storage system and method based on a quadrupole-ion trap tandem mass spectrometry. The system sequentially comprises a heating capillary, a tube lens, a skimmer, a first ion guide, a second ion guide, a quadrupole mass analyzer, an ion trap mass analyzer, and a detector; a first lens is provided between the first ion guide and the second ion guide; a second lens and a third lens are provided between the second ion guide and the quadrupole mass analyzer, wherein operation modes of the first ion guide and the second ion guide comprise an ion transmission mode and an ion storage mode. Compared with conventional time sequence control methods, more ions are stored during the same time according to the present invention, thereby improving the sensitivity of the instrument.
