    Abstract: A method and apparatus measures flicker while improving the computational performance for measuring flicker severity level. Specifically, an Intelligent Electronic Device employs a method in which a processor summarizes and characterizes a plurality of instantaneous flicker sensation level values as histogram formatted data and selects a specific percentile of the instantaneous flicker sensation level values from the histogram formatted data. The method employed by the device uses the specific percentile to calculate a short-term flicker severity level value.

    Abstract: Wave-absorbing material powder of the present invention has oxidation resistance and salt fog resistance, which includes an iron-containing wave-absorbing material powder, and a metal oxide ceramic layer and a metal phosphate layer sequentially coated on an outside of the iron-containing wave-absorbing material powder from the inside to the outside. A method for preparing the wave-absorbing material powder includes using atomic layer deposition to coat the iron-containing wave absorbing material powder with a metal oxide ceramic coating, and then adopting the atomic layer deposition to coat the metal oxide ceramic coating with a metal phosphate layer; repeating the above steps to form an alternating nano-stack of the metal oxide ceramic coating and the metal phosphate layer outside the iron-containing absorbing material powder; and finally performing a high-temperature annealing treatment.

The system comprises a main control unit and a plurality of auto exposure units, wherein the main control unit is connected to each of the auto exposure units; and the auto exposure units are in cascading connection. According to the system, detection of each X-ray source is realized by means of auto exposure units, such that an energy accumulation value and a KV level of X-rays are obtained; and when the energy accumulation value of X-rays reaches an energy threshold value, an auto exposure control signal is sent to a main control unit, such that the main control unit adjusts an exposure time sequence according to the auto exposure control signal, the aim of auto exposure control is achieved.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method of fabricating a graphene-based field effect transistor, which includes steps of: providing a semiconductor substrate on which a non-functionized graphene layer is formed; forming a metal oxide film as a nucleation layer through a reaction between a metal source and water which acts as oxidizer and is physically absorbed to a surface of the graphene layer; and generating a HfO2 gate dielectric layer through a reaction between a hafnium source and water acting as oxidizer by using the nucealtion layer. In comparison with the prior art, the method of the present invention is mainly characterized in that the metal oxide film acting as the nucleation layer is formed through a reaction between the metal source and water which acts as oxidizer and is physically absorbed to the surface of graphene.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of measurement technology, and offers a method for calculating an inner wall temperature from a measurement result of an outer wall temperature of a tube in relation to a problem of a two-dimensional, unsteady heat flow in tube. The evaluation method includes the steps of measuring outer wall temperatures at a plurality of points under a two-dimensional unsteady flow in the tube; and estimating inner wall temperatures on the basis of the measured values of the outer-wall temperatures. The approach of the present invention makes it possible to correctly estimate change over time of the inner wall temperature of the tube from the outer wall temperature of the tube with high accuracy, and requires a relatively short calculation time. For these reasons, the present invention is applicable to the problem in that the inner wall temperature of a tube is difficult to measure, in relation to flow in the tube in the industrial production and the scientific research.
