The sampling resistor is electrically connected to the input terminal and has a sampling terminal. The MOSFET switch is electrically connected to the sampling terminal and the output terminal. The logic control branch circuit obtains a sampling voltage of the sampling resistor between the input terminal and the sampling terminal and an on-off judging voltage by amplifying the sampling voltage.
