    Abstract: A design method of a heat dissipation system of a wind generator system for severe environments includes constructing an outer air duct of the heat dissipation system; determining a suction air amount of the outer air duct; setting an air velocity of an air inlet of the outer air duct; determining an area of the air inlet of the outer air duct; providing the air inlet; and designing a settling chamber. With these steps, the original heat dissipation system of the wind generator system is additionally provided with the outer air duct. Further, the area of the air inlet is controlled to allow the air velocity at the air inlet to be 3 m/s to 4 m/s, thus rare or no suspended substances are suctioned into the outer air duct, and the radiators of the original heat dissipation system suction cooling air from the outer air duct.

    Abstract: A control method and a control apparatus of a wind power generator set are provided, in which a wind speed at a location of the wind power generator set is acquired, turbulence intensity is calculated according to the wind speed, and a wind speed distribution range corresponding to the turbulence intensity is determined; a thrust variation amplitude of the thrust in the wind speed distribution range is determined based on a relationship among the thrust suffered by a wind wheel of the wind power generator set, a thrust coefficient and the wind speed; and a maximum rotating speed and a maximum torque of the wind wheel in the wind speed distribution range are adjusted according to the thrust variation amplitude. The maximum rotating speed and the maximum torque makes a fatigue load of the wind power generator set in the wind speed distribution range meet a preset standard.

The method includes: acquire a first control parameter and a second control parameter respectively by means of a static energy deviation PI control method; acquire an equivalent differential third control parameter using a dynamic energy deviation; and by taking a wind wheel measurement rotating speed and a wind wheel reference rotating speed as inputs, a proportion integration differentiation controller controls a wind generating set according to the first control parameter, the second control parameter, and the third control parameter, thereby making a wind wheel rotating speed follow the wind wheel reference rotating speed. A wind generating set is controlled in real time by combining first and second control parameters and an equivalent differential third control parameter to serve as parameter values of the proportion integration differentiation controller.

    Abstract: A lubricant cooler, a cooling and lubricating system of a speed-up gear box, a wind power unit and a low-temperature starting method of the wind power unit. The lubricant cooler includes a radiating plate and a one-way valve arranged on a lubricant conveying pipeline, wherein the radiating plate and the one-way valve are arranged in parallel, and the one-way valve and/or the lubricant conveying pipeline in communication with the one-way valve are integrated on the radiating plate. The lubricant cooler can solve the problem that, when the wind power unit is started at a low temperature, the cooling and lubricating system of the speed-up gear box causes the shut-down of the wind power unit because the lubricant blocks the radiating plate.
