wherein R1 is H, (C1-C6) alkyl; R2 and R3 are H, (halo) (C1-C6) alkyl, (C3-C8) cycloalkyl, substituted amino (C1-C6) alkyl, (substituted) phenyl (C1-C6) alkyl, (substituted) phenyl (C1-C6) alkoxy or the like or R2 and R3, taken conjointly, represent a (substituted) 5- or 6-membered heterocycle having at least one of O, S and N; X is H, halogen, NO2, CN, (C1-C6) alkyl, (substituted) phenyl, (substituted) phenoxy or the like;
