  • Publication number: 20230296634
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for measuring sterol in lipoprotein, comprising: forming a complex by contacting lipoprotein in a sample, a tagged sterol, and a first capture body that specifically binds to the tag and has a labeling substance with each other, the complex comprising the lipoprotein comprising the tagged sterol and the first capture body; and detecting a signal generated by the labeling substance comprised in the complex, wherein in the tagged sterol, the tag is added to C3 position of a sterol skeleton.

  • Publication number: 20230288411
Abstract: Disclosed is a polypeptide belonging to the avidin-streptavidin family, wherein the polypeptide comprises a D-amino acid residue in 90% or more of amino acid residues among amino acid residues other than glycine of the polypeptide, has a binding ability to L-biotin, and has substantially no binding ability to D-biotin.

  • Patent number: 7729932
Abstract: A computer readable storage medium encoded with a project assessment program for assessing a project including a plurality of processes when executed by a computer computing forecasts of the project based on a set of information. At least one scheme by a user input is selected from a group of schemes including an estimation of mutual-correlation of estimated value pattern. Process planning information, up-to-date actual process information and forecast model information of each process included in the project is retrieved. The forecast model information of each process of the project is defined as probability distribution variations of a plurality of parameters of the processes, wherein the probability distribution variations are quantitative values of the project. Estimated values of variations in at least two parameters of the processes using the process planning information, the up-to-date actual process information and the forecast model information are computed.

  • Publication number: 20080103859
Abstract: When the process plan made for execution is corrected based on the process correction condition, the variation amount in each of processes based on the process correction condition is calculated as the probability distribution using the probability distribution data generated by obtaining the probability distribution from the variation-amount prediction value of each of the processes. Thereby, the influence degree on other processes when the process is corrected can be estimated not simply as the propagation of the variation fixed value but so as to be more suited to the actual circumstances in accordance with the attribute information and the past variation patterns of the process.

  • Patent number: 7021526
Abstract: A packaging case 1 is formed of a unitary blank 1a of paper material. The unitary blank 1a has at least two fold lines 2a, 2b between which a back side wall 6a is formed and both sides of which a bottom wall 10 and a top wall 11 are formed. The unitary blank 1a has also incisions 3a, 3b formed on both ends of the fold lines 2a, 2b. The unitary blank is deep drawn to form side walls 6 on each periphery of the bottom wall 10 and the top wall 11 and form rims 8a, 8b protruding outwardly from each upper end of the side walls 6. The unitary blank is folded along the fold lines 2a, 2b so that the rims 8a, 8b come into contact with each other, whereby the bottom wall 10, the top wall 11, the back side wall 6a and the side walls 6 constitute an inner space.

  • Publication number: 20040153354
Abstract: The present invention provides a project program change management system which is combined with a means of program change inference that traces or infers and specifies the tasks and the milestones that are directly and indirectly influenced by the program change and a means of program change notice that automatically inform the program change notices to the stake holders who are relevant to the tasks and the milestones that are influenced by the project program change. By using this system, it can be possible to eliminate the troubles in communication carried on with the project.
