  • Publication number: 20130017245
Abstract: The present invention relates to a solid preparation having an easily controllable elution property of a drug, and a method for improving dissolution of a drug. A solid preparation 1 comprises a drug-containing unit 2 containing a drug, and a gel-forming layer 4 for covering the drug-containing unit 2 and forming a gel by water absorption, and optionally an intermediate layer 3 interposed between the drug-containing unit 2 and the gel-forming layer 4. The solid preparation 1 improves the elution property of the drug by incorporating an effervescent agent (e.g., sodium hydrogencarbonate) into the drug-containing unit 2 and/or the intermediate layer 3. The drug-containing unit 2 may contain a cationic or basic drug. The gel-forming layer 4 may contain an anionic or acidic polymer. The gel-forming layer 4 may be covered with a surface layer (anti-adhesive layer) 5.

The elution property of the drug is improved by forming a plurality of pores extending from a surface of the gel-forming layer toward the intermediate layer in the gel-forming layer 4. The gel-forming layer 4 may be covered with an anti-adhesive layer 5. The anti-adhesive layer 5 may have a pore 6 extending from a surface thereof and communicating with the pore of the gel-forming layer. The drug-containing unit 2 may contain a cationic or basic drug. The gel-forming layer 4 may contain an anionic or acidic polymer.

  • Publication number: 20120034276
Abstract: A solid preparation 1 comprises a drug-containing unit 2 containing a cationic drug, and a gel-forming layer 4, containing an anionic polymer, for covering the drug-containing unit 2 and forming a gel with absorbing water, and optionally an intermediate layer 3 interposed between the drug-containing unit 2 and the gel-forming layer 4. The solid preparation 1 improves the elution property of the drug by incorporating an acidic component (such as tartaric acid or citric acid) into the intermediate layer 2 and/or the intermediate layer 3. The gel-forming layer 4 may comprise a carboxyvinyl polymer and a polyvalent metal compound. The gel-forming layer 4 may be covered with a surface layer (anti-adhesive layer) 5.

  • Publication number: 20120015008
Abstract: An adhesion of a preparation 1 to an inner wall of an oral cavity is prevented by applying an anti-adhesive composition containing a water-soluble cellulose ether (e.g., an HPMC) and an anionic polymer (e.g., a carboxyvinyl polymer) to a gel-forming layer 4 covering a drug-containing unit 2 to form an anti-adhesive layer 5. The gel-forming layer 4 may be formed with a gel-forming agent (a carboxyvinyl polymer), a crosslinking agent, and a base material (e.g., a poly(vinyl alcohol)). An adhesive layer 3 may be interposed between the drug-containing unit 2 and the gel-forming layer 4.

  • Publication number: 20110115375
Abstract: A lighting device for a vehicle includes a headlamp; a door lamp that illuminates the ground, an inner sill lamp that illuminates a cabin floor, a user position detector that detects whether a user is close to the vehicle or distant from the vehicle, a door open/close detector, and a controller. The controller turns on the headlamp when the user position detector detects a user's approach to the vehicle, turns on the door lamp when opening of the door is detected by the door open/close detector, and then turns on the inner sill lamp. According to the lighting device, the user can smoothly get in or off the vehicle at night.

  • Publication number: 20110115376
Abstract: A lighting device for a vehicle includes inner sill lamps that illuminate a floor in a cabin. Each of the inner sill lamps is provided on each side surface of inner sill covers. The side surfaces faces to the cabin. The lighting device can sufficiently illuminate the floor without illuminance reduction due to an object such as an instrument panel or a seat disposed between the inner sill lamps and the floor. In addition, the lighting device can surely illuminate the floor around a user's feet when the user gets in or off the vehicle.
