  • Patent number: 8833948
Abstract: It is a task to provide a mobile electronic device with high operability and high safety. The mobile electronic device includes an image projector that projects an image, a detector that detects a specific change in an irradiation area of light irradiated from the image projector or in a predetermined area including the irradiation area, and a control unit that controls the operation of the image projector. The task is solved in such a manner that when the detector detects the specific change, the control unit causes the image projector to stop emission of light therefrom, or to reduce an amount of light emitted therefrom.

  • Patent number: 8574476
Abstract: A melt is made by heating a salt mixture containing a salt of sodium. The melt is set at a temperature higher than the liquidus temperature of the salt mixture, and poured into a mold for expendable core molding. The temperature when the melt is completely poured into the mold is set within a range not exceeding the liquidus temperature of the salt mixture by 30° C. An expendable salt core for casting is molded by solidifying the melt inside the mold. This makes it possible to more stably obtain the strength of a water-soluble expendable salt core for casting made of a salt cast product obtained by melting and molding salts of sodium and the like.

  • Publication number: 20120048502
Abstract: In a method for producing a salt core for casting formed by a molten salt made of a salt mixture containing sodium salt, first, a melt is formed by heating a salt mixture. Next, a mold for core molding is heated to a temperature higher than about 0.52×Tm and lower than about 0.7×Tm. Note that Tm represents the liquidus temperature of the salt mixture as an absolute temperature (K). Then, the melt is poured under pressure into the mold heated as described above. A salt core for casting is molded by solidifying the melt inside the mold.

  • Publication number: 20030037846
Abstract: A creep-resistant magnesium alloy having creep resistance superior to AE42 alloy and having relatively high corrosion resistance. The magnesium alloy has superior castability without any generation of open cracks and is less expensive than AE42 alloy for production. The creep-resistant magnesium alloy is made from 1.5 to 4.0 mass % of Al, 0.5 to 1.8 mass % of Si, 0.05 to 0.6 mass % of RE, 0.005 to 1.5 mass % of Sr or Sb, and the reminder made from Mg and unavoidable impurities. Creep resistance is enhanced when 0.3 to 1.5 mass % of Ca is included. Further, corrosion resistance is enhanced when 0.1 to 0.4 mass % of Mn is included.
