    Abstract: The present invention relates to a culture medium composition obtained by further adding at least one selected from the group consisting of rotenone and albumin to a serum-free medium prepared through a CAMPs technology. It has been ascertained that the proliferation of dermal papilla cells and maintenance of characteristics thereof during culturing can be improved by regulating the concentration of rotenone and albumin, and since the culture medium composition is a serum-free chemical medium comprising no serum, there is no risk of side effects, which can be caused by using a conventional serum medium, during use on the human body. The culture medium composition of the present invention obtained by further adding at least one selected from the group consisting of rotenone and albumin to a serum-free medium, or dermal papilla cells cultured through the composition can be effectively used in the development of therapeutic agents for hair loss prevention and hair growth promotion.

The mobile terminal is capable of detecting a wireless device. After the ID information of the wireless device is stored, if the wireless device is detected by the mobile terminal and ID information of the detected wireless device is identical to the stored ID information, the mobile terminal controls not to display an unlock requesting screen when the display unit of the mobile terminal is turned on.

The HDL-ApoM-S1P according to the present invention not only alleviates neuroinflammation but also significantly exhibits improvement effects of cognitive disorder, learning disability, and memory disorder with respect to individuals suffering from degenerative brain disorders (in particular, Alzheimer's disease), and exhibits an effect of greatly reducing amyloid beta and tau deposition. Moreover, increased HDL-ApoM-S1P in the body also has an excellent effect of improving the cognitive, learning, and memory abilities of non-disabled individuals.

    Abstract: Provided is a neuromorphic system for synaptic learning in a spiking neural network (SNN)-based neuromorphic array structure. Control blocks including a post-synaptic neuron, which generates a post-neuron spike, are disposed on output lines of a synapse array to implement a spike timing dependent plasticity (STDP) operation such that synaptic learning can be stably implemented in an SNN neuromorphic array. Also, a lateral inhibition circuit may be added. When a post-neuron spike is generated by an STDP control block connected to any one output line, the lateral inhibition circuit inhibits STDP control blocks connected to other output lines from generating spikes. Accordingly, learning selectivity can be improved, and thus the performance of an STDP algorithm can be improved.
