The display apparatus includes: a communication unit which receives a first image from an image processing apparatus; an image processing unit which processes the first image which is received through the communication unit and a second image; a display unit which displays the first image and the second image which are processed by the image processing unit; and a control unit which controls the image processing unit so that the second image which is displayed in the display unit can be adjusted depending on a control of the image processing apparatus. Thus, the present invention provides a method and an apparatus using a strong image system of a television in a personal computer screen like an application.
