    Abstract: A lithium anode of a thermal battery may include a metal alloy foam in which a plurality of pores is formed and including nickel (Ni), iron (Fe), chromium (Cr), and aluminum (Al) mixed in a predetermined composition ratio, and lithium impregnated into the metal alloy foam in a molten state and accommodated in the pores, wherein the chromium in the composition ratio may facilitate the impregnation of the lithium into the pores and reduce the reactivity of the metal alloy foam to the lithium at an operating temperature of the thermal battery, and the aluminum in the composition ratio may facilitate the impregnation of the lithium into the pores and prevent the lithium from penetrating into a surface of the metal alloy foam.

    Abstract: Data transmission and reception is provided by configuring control channels in a wireless communication system using a plurality of carriers. User equipment (UE) may monitor physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) candidates within common search spaces (CSSs) and User Equipment-specific search spaces (USSs). If the UE is configured with cross-carrier scheduling, when two PDCCH candidates originating from a CSS and a USS, respectively, have cyclic redundancy check (CRC) scrambled by the same Radio Network Temporary Identifier (RNTI) and have a common payload size and the same first control channel element (CCE) index, the UE may interpret that only the PDCCH originating from the CSS is transmitted, thereby solving ambiguity of downlink control information (DCI) detection.

The magnetic carriage system comprises a carriage having a magnetic head that comprises a bracket and a plurality of magnetic sources supported by the bracket. Each magnetic source is configured to magnetically couple with a respective magnetic wall of the magnetic insert to produce an attractive magnetic force therebetween. The methods comprise disposing a bladder having a plurality of the magnetic inserts within the hat stringer, magnetically engaging a plurality of the magnetic heads with the plurality of magnetic inserts, and conforming the hat stringer by moving at least one magnetic head relative to another magnetic head.

The engineered tunnel region can be directed to improved read, program, and retention operations of the memory region. In various embodiments, the engineered tunnel region can have multiple dielectric regions with a dielectric constant modulation by inserting material having a dielectric constant that is low relative to silicon nitride and material having a dielectric constant that is high relative to silicon nitride. In various embodiments, the engineered tunnel region of a memory cell can have multiple dielectric regions with material having deep traps near the charge storage region of the memory cell.
