Publication number: 20240071475Abstract: A memory device may include a first data line driver circuit that generates a first reference voltage set based on a first code and a second code associated with a first data line, and determines bit values of the first input data received through the first data line, based on the first reference voltage set. A second data line driver circuit may similarly generate a second reference voltage set. The reference voltages may have levels based on a decision feedback equalization (DFE) technique to reduce bit errors otherwise caused by inter symbol interference.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 24, 2023Publication date: February 29, 2024Inventors: YOON-JOO EOM, SEUNGJUN BAE, HYE JUNG KWON, YOUNG-JU KIM

Patent number: 9675152Abstract: The invention relates to an electronic security bag controlled by a mobile phone, whereby the bag performs Bluetooth communication with the mobile phone of a person who carries the bag, sounds an alarm when the Bluetooth communication is disconnected (when not in a paring mode), and gives an electric shock to an authorized person who touches the bag by allowing high-voltage current applied from power supply of the security bag to flow entirely in the bag. The bag providing a control method through paring with the mobile phone can safely manage important information assets by remotely controlling the alarm of the bag and locking/unlocking thereof. Further, when separated a predetermined distance from a manager, the security bag transmits a warning signal to the mobile phone, sounds the alarm of the bag, and generates high-voltage current on the bag when forcibly opened, thereby preventing security documents from being stolen.Type: GrantFiled: July 21, 2014Date of Patent: June 13, 2017Assignees: TAEBAEK SECURITY CONSULTING INC.Inventors: Kang Su Lim, Won Sik Oh, Young Bae Kwon, Eal Young Ryu, Jun Hui Cho, Ho Jin Lim

Patent number: 6306264Abstract: Disclosed is a novel method for producing an expanded graphite which can be utilized for oil adsorbents, gaskets, packing sheets, adsorbents of volatile organic compounds and the like. SO3-graphite interlayer compound is formed by contacting graphite particles with SO3 generated from fuming sulfuric acid or anhydrous sulfuric acid. Excessive SO3 condensed on SO3-graphite interlayer compound is separated. Then, energy is applied to SO3-graphite interlayer compound to expand the graphite. An acid containing a single component can be continuously reused thus reducing the amount of the acid to {fraction (1/10)}-{fraction (1/100)} of that of an acid mixture used in the conventional method. As a result, the generation of a large amount of environmentally hazardous acid waste can be markedly reduced.Type: GrantFiled: July 29, 1999Date of Patent: October 23, 2001Assignees: Korea Institute of Machinery and Materials, Yosu National University of KoreaInventors: Young Bae Kwon, Oh Yun Kwon, Sang Won Choi, Seung Won Kim
