A carrier member is mounted to the engaging section and has a plurality of weights received in an outside and/or an end thereof A butt cap is mounted to the carrier member. The carrier member can be replaced with another one having different length so as to change the length of the handle. The numbers and positions of the weights in the carrier member can be adjusted so as to adjust the position of weight of the handle.

The end cap has a bottom board and a swinging device is connected to the bottom board and the swinging device is swingable in the handle. The swinging device includes a cup-like flexible frame and a weight which is retained in the tubular frame so that the flexible frame swings in the tubular handle to absorb the shocks.

Abstract: An end cap for a racket handle includes a tubular member mounted to the racket handle, a collar member connected to the rear end of the tubular member and a board retained in the collar member. A plurality of recesses are respectively defined in the inside and the outside of the tubular member and the inside of the tubular member snugly contacts the racket handle. The collar member has an annular wall extending transversely therefrom and the annular wall snugly contacts the tubular member. The recesses are sealed by the racket handle and the annular wall so as to be defined as chambers which absorb shocks transferred from the racket.

The first section has an inner layer which is made of viscoelastic-foam material and an outer layer which is made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic composite. The inner layer is enclosed by the outer layer. The first section has a non-circular cross-section such as a generally elliptic cross-section, a generally half elliptic cross-section, a generally pyriform cross-section, and a generally semicircular cross-section.
