Abstract: A camera module includes a housing, a lens module accommodated in the housing, a first optical image stabilization (OIS) driving unit configured to move the lens module, relative to the housing, in a first direction perpendicular to an optical axis direction, and a second OIS driving unit configured to move the lens module, relative to the housing, in a second direction perpendicular to the optical axis direction and intersecting the first direction, wherein the first OIS driving unit includes first voice coil motors disposed on both sides of the lens module in the first direction, and the second OIS driving unit includes second voice coil motors disposed on both sides of the lens module in the first direction.

Abstract: A semiconductor integrated circuit is provided, including: a first switch circuit; a logic circuit, coupled to the first switch circuit, a first floating diffusion point being defined between the first switch circuit and the logic circuit; a second switch circuit, coupled to the logic circuit, a second floating diffusion point being defined between the second switch circuit and the logic circuit; and a voltage holding circuit, coupled to the first floating diffusion point and the second floating diffusion point, and used to adjust the voltages of the floating diffusion points. The voltage holding circuit increases or decreases the voltage values of the first floating diffusion point and the second floating diffusion point. Thereby, the influence of long recovery time on the semiconductor integrated circuit is improved, and the stability is ensured.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method for centrifugal casting of a motor rotor. The method includes: assembling molds and a core; heating the assembled mold and core to a preset temperature; and forming a motor core by injecting molten metal into a forming space inside the mold and the core while rotating the assembled mold.
