Abstract: The apparatus includes a heating roller that generates heat for melting toner attached to a printing medium; a first induction coil that is disposed outside the heating roller and heats the heating roller by using induced current generated according to current flowing through the first induction coil; two second induction coils that are disposed at upper portions of both ends of the first induction coil and heat the heating roller by using induced current generated according to current flowing through the two second induction coils; a power supply unit that supplies current to the first induction coil and the two second induction coils; and a control unit that controls the power supply unit to supply current flowing in the same direction or different directions to the first induction coil and the second induction coils according to the size of paper fed into the heating roller.

The transfer unit can include multiple rollers each disposed to opposingly face a respective corresponding one of the members, a belt interposed between the rollers and the members, and a device configured to support the rollers. The rollers can include a first roller at one end of the transfer unit, a second roller at an opposite end and one or more middle rollers arranged between the first and second rollers. The device can be configured such that a rotation center of the first roller and a rotation center of the second roller define a first plane and a rotation center of the one or more middle rollers defines a second plane parallel to but not co-planar with the first plane.

By separately disposing a plurality of electrodes in an axis direction of the heating roller, and by independently controlling each electrode, the heating roller may correspond to various papers having different sizes. Accordingly, the temperature of the heating roller may be stably controlled.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an organic-inorganic composite comprising bacteria and transition metal oxides and a method of manufacturing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to an organic-inorganic composite comprising bacteria and transition metal oxides manufactured by attaching cationic transition metal precursor to bacterial surface, wherein the bacteria with high negative charge on its surface is used as a template, refluxing the bacteria and transition metal ions at room temperature in the presence of sodium borohydride (NaBH4), and inducing reduction/spontaneous oxidation, thereby having an excellent high capacity electrochemical properties, and a method of manufacturing the same.
