Abstract: A method for performing mobility by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system is provided. The method includes: receiving a report configuration from a serving cell, the report configuration including detection basis information; detecting whether a cell is present based on the detection basis information; transmitting, by the UE, a detection report reporting the detected cell is present to the serving cell; receiving a measurement configuration used for measuring the detected cell from the serving cell; measuring the cell based on the measurement configuration; and performing mobility with the cell.

Abstract: A method and apparatus of reporting logged measurements of an user equipment in a wireless communication system is provided. The user equipment in a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connected mode receives from a base station a Minimization of Drive Tests (MDT) configuration. The user equipment transitions from the RRC connected mode to an RRC idle mode and logs measurements based on the MDT configuration. The user equipment transmits to the base station a logging indicator indicating an availability of the logged measurement.

Abstract: A method for supporting a mobility of a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system is provided. The method includes: performing the mobility with a target cell; receiving mobility state estimation (MSE) basis information; updating a mobility counter of the UE based on the MSE basis information; performing the MSE by estimating a mobility state of the UE based on the updated mobility counter of the UE; and scaling a mobility parameter based on the estimated mobility state.

Abstract: A method is described for a device to re-establish a connection with a Donor evolved Node B (DeNB). The device communicates with the DeNB via a Un interface using a subframe for the device only. The device detects a problem associated with the Un interface, and performs a radio resource control (RRC) re-establishment procedure to re-establish a RRC connection between the device and the DeNB after detecting the problem associated with the Un interface. The device starts a timer upon detecting the problem associated with the Un interface, and releases a restriction of using the subframe for the device only, if the timer expires. An occurrence of the problem associated with the Un interface is determined in response to receiving consecutive out-of-sync indications.

Abstract: A method of performing contention resolution associated with a random access procedure. The method according to one embodiment includes transmitting, by the mobile communication terminal, an uplink message containing a cell-radio network temporary identity (C-RNTI) and starting a contention resolution timer; receiving, by the mobile communication terminal, a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) transmission; and considering, by the mobile communication terminal, a contention resolution successful and stopping the contention resolution timer if a specific condition is satisfied. The mobile communication terminal considers the contention resolution successful and stops the contention resolution timer if the PDCCH transmission is addressed to the C-RNTI and the random access procedure is initiated by a downlink (DL) data arrival.

Abstract: A method of transmitting and receiving control information in a wireless communication system is disclosed. The method of receiving control information related to a specific point-to-multipoint service in a user equipment of a wireless communication system comprises receiving a notification message including indication information and an identifier identifying the point-to-multipoint service from a network, the indication information indicating at least one downlink channel related to the specific point-to-multipoint service among a plurality of downlink channels established for transmission of control information for at least one or more point-to-multipoint service, and receiving at least one downlink channel indicated by the indication information.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, a method for maintaining a communication between a mobile terminal and a network in a mobile communication system includes: determining whether a state of the mobile terminal is in an unsynchronized state while maintaining a radio resource control (RRC) connected state with the network; performing a random access channel (RACH) procedure for a synchronized state if it is determined that the state of the mobile terminal is in the unsynchronized state while maintaining the RRC connected state with the network; and after performing the RACH procedure, transitioning from the synchronized state to the unsynchronized state with the network while maintaining the RRC connected state with the network when a timer expires.

Abstract: A method of transmitting or receiving control information in a wireless communication system is discussed. The method in one embodiment includes transmitting indication information including an MBMS related identifier to at least one user equipment; and transmitting control information which has been changed to the at least one user equipment after the transmission of the indication information, wherein the control information is transmitted via a multicast control channel (MCCH) and a multicast channel (MCH).

Abstract: A method of monitoring a control channel in a wireless communication system includes monitoring a physical down-link control channel (PDCCH) during a monitored duration, wherein the monitored duration is a part of a discontinuous reception (DRX) period, the DRX period specifying the periodic repetition of the monitored duration followed by a non-monitored duration. By monitoring a control channel during a DRX period, battery consumption of a user equipment can be reduced and an operation time of the user equipment can be increased.

Abstract: A method and apparatus of communicating in a mobile communication system is provided. A user equipment (UE) receives an configuration message including information on an in-device coexistence (IDC) indication from the base station. The UE determines whether or not to transmit an IDC indication message based on the received information on the IDC indication, and transmits the IDC indication message to the base station if it is determined to transmit the IDC indication message based on the received information on the IDC indication.

Abstract: A method of performing a random access channel (RACH) procedure between a mobile terminal and a network includes the steps of detecting whether a random access response (RAR) is received from the network within a certain time period, the RAR including information about a random access channel (RACH) preamble transmitted to the network; and if the RAR is not received within the certain time period or if the information about the transmitted RACH preamble included in the RAR does not match the transmitted RACH preamble, performing a first procedure to detect failures in the RACH procedure; and if the RAR is received within the certain time period and if the information about the transmitted RACH preamble included in the RAR matches the transmitted RACH preamble, performing a second procedure to detect failures in the RACH procedure.

A user equipment determines whether a neighbor cell is a CSG member cell for which a CSG whitelist includes a CSG identity of the neighbor cell and PLMN identities of the neighbor cell. Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for a terminal to report system information in a wireless communication system. The method includes: transmitting a previously-obtained system information availability indicator that indicates to a serving cell that there is previously obtained system information on a neighboring cell; and receiving a system report request from the serving cell; and transmitting a system information report to the serving cell in response to the system report request. The system report request includes a previously obtained system information report request indicator. When the previously obtained system information report request indicator indicates that there is a report on the previously obtained system information, the system information report includes the previously obtained system information and the previously obtained system information is system information obtained from the neighboring cell before the system report request is received.

Abstract: The present specification proposes a technique for controlling a deactivation timer of a cell. Specifically, the present specification proposes a method for controlling a deactivation timer of a cell in a mobile communication system. The method comprises the steps of: configuring a primary cell and at least one secondary cell on user equipment (UE); receiving, from the UE, an indicator related to a deactivation timer for one secondary cell from among one or more secondary cells; and disabling, on the UE, the deactivation timer of one secondary cell on the basis of the indicator.

Abstract: Provided an apparatus and a method for reporting a measurement result in a wireless communication system. A terminal receives report conditions and a measurement setting including a report for position information from a base station. When a measurement report is triggered, the terminal determines whether valid position information is available and the measured result is transmitted to the base station. When the valid position information is not available, the measured result includes serving cell information and adjacent cell information.

Abstract: The present invention for reconfiguring a common channel receives modified channel configuration information of a first common channel through a second common channel, and determines a starting time of reconfiguring the first common channel, according to a type of an information element including the modified channel configuration information. Also, the present invention reconfigures the first common channel from the determined starting time. According the present invention, the common channel, such as the MCCH, may be reconfigured more efficiently.

Abstract: A method for reporting in a wireless system, according to one embodiment, is provided. The method comprises: receiving a measurement setting from a serving cell, wherein the measurement setting comprises a system information report indicator for indicating a system information report of a cell to which a measurement result is reported; deciding whether a report condition is satisfied based on the measurement setting; and transmitting to the serving cell a measurement report message comprising the measurement result of the cell to which the result is reported, which satisfied the report condition. Abstract: A method of moving a receiving window in a wireless mobile communication system, wherein the AM RLC of the transmitting side sends information of the last discarded SDU regardless of continuity of the discarded SDUs. The AM RLC of the receiving side checks whether all SDUs from the start point of the receiving window up to the last discarded SDU are successfully received, delivers the SDUs that are successfully received to an upper layer, and discard only those SDUs that are not successfully received.
