Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an antibody binding specifically to CD55 or an antigen-binding fragment thereof; and a composition for preventing, treating and/or diagnosing cancer containing the same. The antibody of the present disclosure may be used as an effective therapeutic composition for various CD55-mediated diseases since it shows high binding ability and inhibitory effect for the CD55 protein which promotes tumor growth by inhibiting the complement immune mechanism. In addition, the antibody of the present disclosure may be usefully used as an effective therapeutic adjuvant that fundamentally removes drug resistance and remarkably improves therapeutic responsiveness in various diseases in which resistance to therapeutic agents with CDC (complement-dependent cytotoxicity) as a mechanism of action has been induced due to overexpression of CD55.

Abstract: A method for treating a surface of a magnesium-based metal is disclosed for realizing a metallic texture of the magnesium-based metal. The method includes a buffing step of chemically polishing a surface of a magnesium-based metal by using a chemical polishing agent containing sodium nitride and sodium citrate; an immersing step of immersing the magnesium-based metal, which has been subject to the buffing step, into a strongly alkaline electrolyte solution of pH 11 or above; and an anodizing treatment step of forming a transparent anodizing film on the surface of the magnesium-based metal by applying current with a current density of 0.01 to 1 A/dm2 to the magnesium-based metal in the strongly alkaline electrolyte solution.

Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a dryer and a method for controlling the same, in which a rotation speed of a drying drum is made to reach to a preset rotation speed regardless of a load of the drying object held in the drying drum. For this, the dryer includes a drying drum rotatably mounted in a body, a driving unit mounted to enable to vary a rotation speed of the drying drum, sensing means for sensing a load of the drying object in the drying drum, and a control unit for controlling the driving unit to vary a rotation speed of the driving unit proper to the load with reference to a sensing signal from the sensing means. For this, the method includes the steps of applying a drying course to start drying, sensing a load of a drying object with an electrode sensor after starting the drying course, and varying a rotation speed of the driving motor with the load sensed thus.

Abstract: A dryer and control method thereof are disclosed, by which energy saving and optimal temperature maintenance within a drying drum are enabled in a manner of diversifying a heater temperature by varying a rotational speed of a blowing fan used for the dryer. The present invention includes a drying drum for accommodating an object to be dried therein, a blowing fan provided to enable an air to pass through the drying drum, a heater heating an air supplied to the drying drum, a temperature sensor sensing a temperature within the drying drum, a driving motor generating a driving force to rotate the drying drum and the blowing fan, and a control unit controlling an RPM (revolutions per minute) of the driving motor to be varied according to a sensing result of the temperature sensor.
