Accordingly, the electrode composition is suitable for obtaining, via electrospraying, an electrode pattern that has excellent thickness uniformity while also being an ultra-thin film. In addition, the obtained electrode has excellent electrical conductivity. Furthermore, the electrode composition is suitable for forming an electrode on a ceramic sheet such as a green sheet. When the formed electrode is co-sintered with a ceramic green sheet, the shape of the sintered body is maintained intact, and interlayer separation of the sintered body may be prevented. Moreover, an ultra-thin film electrode is obtained and widely used as an internal electrode for a highly laminated multilayer ceramic part.
