    Abstract: Proposed is a method for manufacturing a selective emitter using a surface structure, the method includes: preparing a wafer; forming fine first surface unevenness in each of front and rear faces of the wafer; forming a texturing-inhibiting film on each of the front and rear faces of the wafer; partially patterning the front texturing-inhibiting film to expose a portion of the front face of the wafer; forming second surface unevenness in the exposed portion of the wafer, wherein the second surface unevenness has a roughness greater and deeper than a roughness of the first surface unevenness; removing the texturing-inhibiting films; and forming a selective emitter on a surface of the wafer having the first surface unevenness and the second surface unevenness defined therein using a doping process.

    Abstract: A bipolar capacitive deionization (CDI) electrode includes a circular current collector having a central hole and inner and outer circumferential surfaces; a nano-carbon coating layer formed on at least top and bottom surfaces of the circular current collector; and a hydrophobic polymer coating layer respectively disposed over the inner and outer circumferential surfaces of the current collector. Maintenance and management is facilitated by a bipolar CDI electrode module configured such that individual parts are formed to be removably attached. A water treatment apparatus including the bipolar CDI electrode module exhibits high water treatment efficiency, superior long-term stability, and easy maintenance and management, while solving terminal corrosion problems due to the formation of a hydrophobic polymer coating layer on the surface of an electrode terminal.

    Abstract: A solar cell and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. The solar cell includes a semiconductor substrate doped with a first conductive type impurity through which a via hole passing from a first surface of the semiconductor substrate to a second surface thereof facing the first surface is formed, wherein the first surface is a light receiving surface, upper and lower emitter layers respectively formed on upper and lower surfaces of the semiconductor substrate and doped with a second conductive type impurity that is different from the first conductive type impurity, current collecting layers formed on sidewalls of the via hole and doped with a higher concentration of the first conductive type impurity than that of the semiconductor substrate, a contact electrode extending from the first surface of the semiconductor substrate to the second surface thereof so as to fill the via hole, and upper and lower electrodes respectively contacting the upper and lower emitter layers.

The present invention includes arranging at least two of a plurality of displayed menus in a preset manner and executing menus corresponding to a selected terminal input key. By arranging a plurality of activated menu icons in a plurality of directions, selection of a specific icon from a plurality of displayed menu icons by selecting one of the plurality of the directions using navigations keys is facilitated and the speed of selecting a terminal menu is considerably enhanced.
