Abstract: The present invention relates to a medical snare device which can accurately and rapidly cut and remove polyps generated in an organ of the human body, and can minimize bleeding in a part where the polyps are cut and removed, the medical snare device comprising: a main body in which upper/lower guide holes are formed; a rotating body for guiding a polyp removal line and a chemical liquid line; a body entry part for accommodating and protecting the polyp removal line and the chemical liquid line; a polyp removal line operating means for moving the polyp removal line forward/backward; and a chemical liquid line operating means for moving the chemical liquid line forward/backward.
