Publication number: 20130104432Abstract: A sign/banner display system having one or more central support structures and a plurality of flexible rods connected to the one or more central support structures to provide a versatile uniquely configurable sign/banner display. The flexible rods can be telescoping in nature and have an engaging means for engaging and securing the sign/banner thereto. The central support structures can be differently configured for hanging or standing applications and can be mixed and matched to create the desired sign/banner.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 15, 2012Publication date: May 2, 2013Inventors: Chul PARK, Young J. Patent number: 5597362Abstract: A golf club useful as a putter and including an elongate club shaft terminating at a lower end in a coupling structure for attachment to a cooperating coupling carried by an upper end of a stub shaft of any of a family of selectable putter heads. In the illustrated embodiment of the invention, the club shaft carries a yoke, and the stub shaft of the club head carries a disc. The disc is slideably received between spaced parallel plates of the yoke. A hinge-like camming lever is pivotal to draw the plates of the yoke together to lock and to secure interference-faced surfaces of the disc and the plates together to establish selectable, vertical angular attitudes of the club head, to meet a golfer's particular preference or needs.Type: GrantFiled: May 21, 1996Date of Patent: January 28, 1997Inventors: Young J. Patent number: 5563090Abstract: A DRAM cell capacitor having a high capacitance is obtained by forming a lower capacitor electrode of TiN and a roughened tungsten film on the TiN layer. A high dielectric constant film, such as tantalum pentaoxide, is then provided on the tungsten film and an upper capacitor electrode is deposited on the dielectric film. A method of forming the roughened tungsten film includes the step of depositing tungsten on the TiN layer at a temperature in the range of 200.degree.-650.degree. C.Type: GrantFiled: April 10, 1995Date of Patent: October 8, 1996Assignee: LG Semicon Co., Ltd.Inventors: Young J. Lee, Bok W. Cho

Patent number: 5416381Abstract: A compact, high power electron gun having enhanced thermal and mechanical stability which incorporates a mechanically coupled, self aligning structure for the anode and cathode. The enhanced stability, and reduced need for realignment of the cathode to the anode and downstream optics during operation are achieved by use of a common support structure for the cathode and anode which requires no adjustment screws or spacers. The electron gun of the present invention also incorporates a modular design for the cathode, in which the electron emitter, its support structure, and the hardware required to attach the emitter assembly to the rest of the gun are a single element. This modular design makes replacement of the emitter simpler and requires no realignment after a new emitter has been installed. Compactness and a reduction in the possibility of high voltage breakdown are achieved by shielding the "triple point" where the electrode, insulator, and vacuum meet.Type: GrantFiled: August 3, 1993Date of Patent: May 16, 1995Assignee: The United States of America as represented by the United States Department of EnergyInventors: Raymond D. Scarpetti, Jr., Clarence D. Parkison, Vernon A. Switzer, Young J. Lee, William C. Sawyer

Patent number: 5026659Abstract: A process for fabricating a stacked trench capacitor of a DRAM by way of the anisotropic dry etch technique of CVD silicon. In the process, sidewalls are formed by the anisotropic dry etch of CVD silicon which is formed within a trench for good electrical isolation between trenches, and upon the wet etch of an oxide film, are served as blocking layers to leave an oxide film layer for isolation in the side surfaces of the trenches. In the bottom part of the trenches in which the oxide film is removed, the ion implantation is performed with dopants having an opposite type in relation to the impurity diffusion area of a transistor for isolating the whole of the trenches effectively. Also, on the slant trench in which sharp edges do not exist the thin dielectric layer is formed to eliminate electrical weakspots.Type: GrantFiled: June 7, 1990Date of Patent: June 25, 1991Assignee: Gold Star Electron Co., Ltd.Inventor: Young J. Patent number: 5000354Abstract: A container for fluids made of a container body having a flat bottom, a wall extending from the bottom, and a fluid-filling hole opposing the bottom. The wall of this container is made of an elastic material and has at least one internal stop. A actuation rod is disposed within the container and is made of a main rod, a head portion at one end of the main rod, elastic legs on the end of the main rod opposing the head portion, and at least two supports attached at an intermediate portion on the main rod. The elastic legs are in the shape of an inverted Y, and when the actuation rod is inserted in the container body the elastic legs contact its bottom. The supports contact the stop of the wall. A cap seals the fluid-filling hole of the container and has a discharge hole at its center. The head portion of the actuation rod closes the discharge hole of the cap when the container is assembled.Type: GrantFiled: February 7, 1989Date of Patent: March 19, 1991Inventors: Young J.
