  • Publication number: 20240146406
Abstract: In a method and device for cell (re)selection in an EMB-based non-terrestrial network. the method of a UE includes the steps of: configuring a candidate cell set which is a set of one or more neighboring cells having a cell timer value greater than the sum of a cell service timer value of a serving cell and a second value among at least one neighboring cell; selecting a candidate cell among the one or more neighboring cells on the basis of the SAT service timer value of each of the one or more neighboring cells belonging to the candidate cell set; and performing a procedure for configuring a connection with the candidate cell.

  • Patent number: 11944958
Abstract: Disclosed herein are a catalyst for hydrocracking reaction of high molecular weight components in bio-oil, a method for preparing the same and a method for bio-oil upgrading using the same. The catalyst includes a zeolite carrier; and at least one metal selected from the group consisting of nickel (Ni), ruthenium (Ru) and cerium (Ce) supported on the carrier. The catalyst promotes the hydrocracking of high molecular weight compounds contained in the bio-oil, but also inhibits the polymerization reaction of the decomposed product, thereby more effectively enhancing the hydrocracking reaction of the bio-oil.

  • Publication number: 20230310142
Abstract: The present invention relates to breast-conserving surgery with volume replacement using dADM for breast cancer. The surgical method according to the present invention is oncologically and cosmetically effective in terms of reducing postoperative fat necrosis, and may easily preserve the volume and shape of the preoperative breast mound. The effective shortening of the surgical time and a significant reduction in intraoperative bleeding may significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications such as postoperative intramammary fat necrosis and skin flap necrosis after the occurrence of subcutaneous fat necrosis.

  • Publication number: 20070009484
Abstract: The present invention concerns methods and compositions involving MDA-7 protein or an MDA-7-encoding nucleic acid in combination with either 1) a COX-2 selective inhibitor, such as celecoxib, 2) an Hsp90 inhibitor, such as geldanamycin, or a geldanamycin derivative or analog, 3) a vitamin E compound, for the treatment of cancer, 4) a TNF, such as TNF-alpha, 5) a VEGF inhibitor, or 6) an inhibitor of IL-10. In certain examples, a treatment for breast cancer is provided. In other examples a treatment for lung cancer is provided. Such examples involve, in some cases, an adenovirus vector that expresses MDA-7 protein.
