    Abstract: The module and apparatus for transmitting and receiving sound are disclosed in which a first channel is connected to an insertion of a microphone, a second channel is connected to a speaker insertion, such that sounds from the first and second channel are independently transmitted to prevent a first sound transmitted to the microphone and a second sound outputted from the speaker from being mixed, whereby noise generation can be obviated to improve characteristics of the module and the apparatus.
