  • Publication number: 20170159167
Abstract: The present invention relates to a thin film deposition apparatus, which includes: a deposition chamber supporting a substrate therein; a plurality of crucibles keeping a deposition material to be deposited on the substrate; a distribution conduit having a plurality of coupling holes axially arranged to communicate with the crucibles, and spraying the deposition material evaporated from the crucibles through a plurality of nozzles formed through a top thereof; distribution conduit heaters independently installed and facing an outer side of the distribution conduit to heat the distribution conduit; crucible heaters heating the crucibles to evaporate the deposition material; and a top plate having an exit port corresponding to the nozzles and disposed over the distribution conduit. Accordingly, it is possible to reduce the height of the chamber by decreasing the height of the crucibles and to perform symmetric or asymmetric deposition by independently performing left/right deposition on a substrate.

  • Patent number: 9527385
Abstract: A battery power cut off system for a vehicle is provided that improves safety of the vehicle by separately detecting an overcurrent, an abnormal current, and a short current generated due to various causes while a vehicle is driven and cutting off power output from a battery. The system includes a collision sensing unit that detects an impact quantity due to a collision while the vehicle is driven and a battery sensor that detects an output current quantity of the battery. A controller analyzes the impact quantity and the output current quantity of the battery to determine whether a collision current, a short current, and an overcurrent are generated and perform a power cut off control. A switch is configured to cut off the battery power supplied to a large-capacity load element in response to a control signal of the controller.

  • Publication number: 20150236501
Abstract: A device and a method are provided for interrupting battery current using a latch relay for substantially high current interruption, which enable the latch relay to return to an ON position after operating to an OFF position. Accordingly, the latch relay for substantially high current interruption is operated to return to an ON (closed) position in only a normal state other than a short-circuit state by self-diagnosing the presence of occurrence of a short circuit before the latch relay attempts to return to the ON (closed) position after operating to an OFF (open) position. Therefore the latch relay may not become fixed and damaged due to the returning of the latch relay to the ON (closed) position during a short-circuit state, thereby guaranteeing the reuse of the latch relay.

  • Publication number: 20120311823
Abstract: Disclosed is a cable tie used for the purpose of tying and arranging cables, and it is formed of a belt part 310 which is stored in the shape of a reel 370 at usual time and is unwound for tying cables when needed, and engaging head parts 320 and 420 fixing and preventing the belt part, which has tied the cables, from loosening. The present invention makes it possible to conveniently arrange the cables without using a special tool, and over consumption of the belt part can be prevented as compared to a conventional cable tie 100 in which the leftovers of the belt part 130 after it is cut are discarded. In case of the conventional cable tie 100, the cable tie 100 should be used depending on the thickness of the cables to be arranged; however in the present invention, the belt part 310 is unwound as much as the needed length long enough to tie the cables, and the cables are tied, and the belt part 310 is tightened and cut, and the remaining leftovers are wound on the reel 370 and are stored.
