Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an electrolyte for a lithium metal battery including a reductive decomposable additive for forming a stable film, and a lithium metal battery including the same. The electrolyte for the lithium metal battery includes lithium nitrate (LiNO3) and lithium difluorobis(oxalate) phosphate (LiDFBP) as a reductive decomposable additive, so that a stable protective film is formed on the surface of a metal anode. Accordingly, mechanical properties are improved so as to withstand lithium volume expansion under a high-specific-capacity condition, and ion conductivity is improved under a high-current-density condition, thereby improving the stability and performance of the lithium metal battery including the protective film.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an agent for removing house dust mite allergens and a composition comprising the same. The composition comprises, as an active ingredient, the agent which is composed of a natural plant essential oil or its steam distillate and can effectively remove allergens derived from house dust mites. Thus, the agent and the composition can be used for the prevention, alleviation, mitigation or treatment of various allergic diseases, which can be caused by allergens derived from house dust mites, in an environmentally friendly and efficient manner without causing particular side effects. In addition, the agent and the composition can significantly reduce the prevalence of diseases caused by house dust mites and the frequency of exposure of people to house dust mites.

The control unit automatically performs the auxiliary functions when the conditions are met after a hold switch is switched on in the electronic device. The method and apparatus determine the needs of a user when the user switches on the hold function in the electronic device, while at the same time determining the state of the electronic device, in order to perform needed auxiliary functions before switching to the hold mode. Thus, power is conserved and user convenience is enhanced.

Accordingly, it is possible to dynamically change a broadcast search list that provides search information regarding broadcast channels and to provide a user with the dynamically changed broadcast search list.

A MOSFET gate fabricated by forming a second opening in the mask layer to expose a second gate region in the peripheral circuit area of the semiconductor substrate, and then forming a MOSFET gate electrode in the second opening using a damascene process.

Abstract: In a memory device and a method of manufacturing the memory device, a pair of channel layers included in the memory device may be formed on a sidewall of the sacrificial single crystalline layer pattern located on a protrusion of a semiconductor substrate. Accordingly, an etch damage may be reduced at the channel layer. The sacrificial single crystalline layer pattern may be removed to generate a void between the pair of the channel layers. As a result, a generation of a coupling effect may be reduced between the channel layers.

Abstract: A plasma display apparatus is provided. Polygonal discharge cells are arranged in delta. Extension parts are extended from pairs of sustain electrodes that apply a voltage to the discharge cells to discharge spaces to face each other. Since the extension parts have at least one depressed parts, the efficiency of sustain discharge improves due to a long gap. Since the width of data electrodes formed under the discharge cells is large in the discharge spaces, a distance between the effective side surfaces of the pairs of sustain electrodes and the data electrodes is reduced so that the efficiency of address discharge improves.

Abstract: A cursor moving method and apparatus for portable terminals is provided, by which a user is able to point to a specific location on a screen of the portable terminal by using one hand. The cursor moving method includes the operations of sensing a spatial motion of the portable terminal by using a motion sensor, extracting a direction and distance of the movement of the portable terminal from a result output from the motion sensor, and moving the cursor on a screen of the portable terminal, according to the direction and distance of the movement.

Abstract: A plasma display panel that is adaptive for improving yield and mass productivity and a fabricating method thereof. A plasma display panel according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a first substrate; a second substrate facing the first substrate with a discharge space therebetween; a sealing layer located between the first substrate and the second substrate; and a buffer layer formed between the first substrate and the sealing layer to compensate the thermal stress of the first substrate and the sealing layer.
