    Abstract: The present invention relates to an electrode assembly of a porous structure and a secondary battery including the same. In an electrode assembly including a plurality of cathodes, anodes, and separators, the present invention provides a secondary battery including an electrode assembly including one or more through holes, and a passing sealing portion supplementarily sealed on positions corresponding to the through holes. The secondary battery according to the present invention may prevent the inner short and increase safety by including the fused portion of an electrode assembly and a battery case, stably fixing them, and holding back the movement of the electrode assembly. In addition, the present invention has an effect of being capable of greatly enhancing impregnation on electrolyte since the electrode assembly has a porous structure.

The wiper motor includes a double cam plate rotated by rotational force of a motor, and internal contact points formed by a P-terminal and an E-terminal disconnected/connected by the double cam plate. The double cam plate includes a first cam plate and a second cam plate for connecting the P-terminal and the E-terminal, and a center plate between the first and second cam plates. The apparatus includes a circuit line connecting the P-terminal with an off terminal of a low relay, and a control unit turning off the low relay simultaneously when the P-terminal and the E-terminal connected by the first cam plate are disconnected when a multifunctional switch is turned off. The apparatus decreases electromotive force applied to the wiper motor while the center plate is in contact with the P-terminal.

The plurality of contiguous channels within the down-converted signal similarly overlap at baseband and subsequently occupy a bandwidth substantially equal to half that required before down-converting.     Abstract: A disclosed exemplary embodiment is a phase locked loop comprising a main charge pump driven by a phase error signal, and providing a first input to a loop filter. An auxiliary charge pump driven by the phase error signal feeds a second input of the loop filter. The loop filter can be an active loop filter comprising an operational amplifier and a feedback RC network. The first input of the active loop filter can be an inverting input of the operational amplifier and the second input can be a non-inverting input of the operational amplifier. An on-chip stabilizing capacitor fed by the auxiliary charge pump and coupled to the second input of the loop filter is significantly smaller than the conventional stabilizing capacitors. The loop filter outputs a regulating voltage for regulating the oscillation frequency of a voltage controlled oscillator in the phase locked loop.
