Abstract: An upgradable electronic device is disclosed. The electronic device includes: a first communication unit receiving data for upgrade from outside the electronic device; and a main controller receiving the data from the first communication unit to retransmit the data or to perform a predetermined function using the data, wherein the first communication unit divides the data into multiple data segments and transmits n (n being a natural number greater than or equal to 2) data segments to the main controller before the first communication unit receives a receipt acknowledgment signal from the main controller.

Abstract: M-phthalocyanine nanowires according to the present invention can have a variety of uses as the M-phthalocyanine nanowires can control the crystalline structure thereof by controlling the flow speed of a carrier gas to a suitable range, and can exist in hydrophilic solvent without agglutinating due to superb dispersibility in water.

Abstract: A slip control device including a shaft fixed to a reference surface; a first gear rotatably coupled to the shaft by a predetermined friction force with respect to an external circumferential surface of the shaft, for slipping with respect to the shaft when applied a rotation force greater than the predetermined friction force; a friction unit configured to provide the predetermined friction force between the first gear and the shaft; a rotation gear box for covering at least one surface of the first gear, coupled to a second gear to be rotated around the external circumferential surface of the shaft, and for rotating about the shaft during rotation of the second gear; and a motor disposed in the rotation gear box and providing the second gear with a rotation force to rotate the rotation gear box about the first gear.

Abstract: A method of controlling a television (TV) mount with a general-purpose remote controller. A signal of the remote controller is intercepted by an infrared ray (IR) receiver, and stored in an internal memory of the IR receiver so as to be used as a control signal of the TV mount. In addition, after a signal is stored the IR receiver in an initial setting mode, the signal may be used as the control signal of the TV mount when a corresponding key of the general-purpose remote controller is pressed.
