Abstract: Proposed are a process fluid treatment apparatus capable of decomposing ozone in a process fluid more effectively, and a wafer cleaning apparatus and semiconductor manufacturing equipment including the same. The process fluid treatment apparatus treats the process fluid used for cleaning a wafer in the semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and includes a housing having an inner space configured to contain the process fluid, a spray nozzle configured to spray the process fluid containing ozone into the inner space in the form of mist, and a nozzle heater configured to heat the process fluid passing through the spray nozzle.

Abstract: A positive electrode active material for a secondary battery includes a lithium composite transition metal oxide including nickel (Ni), cobalt (Co), and manganese (Mn), wherein the lithium composite transition metal oxide has a layered crystal structure of space group R3m, includes the nickel (Ni) in an amount of 60 mol % or less based on a total amount of transition metals, includes the cobalt (Co) in an amount greater than an amount of the manganese (Mn), and is composed of single particles.

Abstract: A compound having antihypertensive activity, especially 5-deoxy-irilin B having angiotensin-I-converting enzyme inhibition activity, derived from Salicornia SPP., a salty sauce containing the same, and a composition for the prevention and treatment of hypertension containing the same are provided. The Salicornia SPP.-derived salty sauce having superior sensory and functional properties can be produced through cutting or grinding and then hydrolyzing of Salicornia SPP.

Abstract: Disclosed is a virtual navigation system using a moving image. The system comprises an input section for inputting a command information such as a departure point and a destination each related to a traveling route; a traveling route estimating section for reading the traveling route from the departure point to the destination, which is inputted by the input section, from stored data to estimate an optimum traveling route; a traveling route processing section for processing the moving image for a road and surroundings around the road of the traveling route estimated by the traveling route estimating section; an information processing section for searching moving image data and spatial data each related to the road and the surroundings under control of the traveling route processing section; a storing section for storing road data shown in a map, and the moving image data and the spatial data related to the road and the surroundings.

Abstract: An apparatus for calculating optical flow and camera motion using correlation matching and a system model in a moving image, in which the calculation of the optical flow is executed accurately in real time, even when an image rotation or zoom change has occurred.

Abstract: An image retrieval system and method using an image histogram for determining central points and dispersion values as well as quantity information of color about respective histogram bins, thereby using these as mapping information for image retrieval. The image retrieval method using an image histogram includes the following steps. A first step of computing an image histogram bin when an image is inputted, and accumulating values of x, y, x2, y2 to compute central points and dispersion values. A second step of normalizing the respective central points and dispersion values through dividing these by size of whole image, and storing these. A third step of generating a value of model to be retrieved by drawing a feature vector when a query image is inputted, and computing the difference between the generated value of model and central points and dispersion values of an image histogram, count, and number of corresponding bins within the data stored in the second step.
