The data driving circuit includes a driving integrated circuit including a plurality of data driving units configured to supply image data to data lines of the display panel; and a package body including: a mount region in which the driving integrated circuit is mounted, logic power input patterns configured to transmit logic power to the plurality of data driving units, and at least two external auxiliary transmission lines formed in the mount region and connected to at least one logic power input pattern. Further, the at least two external auxiliary transmission lines are configured to transmit power received from the at least one connected logic power input pattern to data driving units located farthest from said at least one logic power input pattern.
