    Abstract: An implantable device for automatic drug administration includes a housing; a drug release unit configured to eject a drug; and a driving unit configured to drive the drug release unit at preset intervals, wherein the drug release unit comprises a drug storage, a drug chamber receiving a drug from the drug storage, and a drug release controller configured to fill the drug chamber with a drug received and release the drug filled in the drug chamber. The drug release controller comprises a plunger configured to form one of positive pressure and negative pressure in the drug chamber as the plunger moves, a plunger spring configured to apply a restoring force to a position where the plunger applies presses the drug chamber, and a gear portion connected to the driving unit and configured to rotate at a preset time to drive the drug release unit.
