  • Patent number: 11603771
Abstract: A compressor cleaning apparatus to clean a compressor of a gas turbine is provided. The compressor cleaning apparatus includes a nozzle configured to inject a cleaning fluid into an interior of a compressor, a fluid supply tube connected to the nozzle to supply the cleaning fluid to the nozzle, a first cleaning fluid supply connected to the fluid supply tube to supply a first cleaning fluid, and a second cleaning fluid supply connected to the fluid supply tube to supply a second cleaning fluid having a temperature higher than that of the first cleaning fluid.

  • Patent number: 11280207
Abstract: A rotor disk assembly for a gas turbine maintains a sealing capability even though adjacent labyrinth arms are dislocated from each other due to torsion or similar relative movement by thermal expansion or by rotation of the rotor disks of the gas turbine. The rotor disk assembly includes a plurality of rotor disks axially assembled to each other, the plurality of rotor disks including adjacent rotor disks coupled to each other by Hirth parts. Each rotor disk includes two labyrinth arms that extend axially and bilaterally and are located on the rotor disk more radially outward than the Hirth parts, and a first labyrinth arm of the two labyrinth arms having an end surface in which a receiving groove for receiving a seal ring is formed.

  • Patent number: 11131216
Abstract: A support unit for a power unit reliably absorbs thermal deformation of the power unit due to thermal deformation of a casing and enables the center of the casing to be effectively maintained at a correct position. The support unit includes a supporting unit and a stress supporting unit. The supporting unit includes a first support configured to support a front part of the casing of the power unit, and a second support configured to support a rear part of the casing and provided with an auxiliary support configured to receive and support a weight of the casing. The stress supporting unit is disposed under the rear part of the casing and receives heat from the casing and primarily absorb stress resulting from thermal expansion of the casing. Stress in the casing resulting from the thermal expansion is secondarily damped by the second support via the stress supporting unit.
