  • Publication number: 20230325995
Abstract: A method of acquiring an image includes: acquiring channel signals corresponding to more than four channels from a multispectral sensor; determining a cumulative infrared signal included in all of the channel signals by synthesizing the infrared components of the channel signals; calculating an infrared component of each channel, based on the cumulative infrared signal and individual characteristics of the channels; and acquiring corrected channel signals by removing the infrared component from each of the channel signals.

  • Publication number: 20230269430
Abstract: An example electronic apparatus includes a processor configured to identify reference apparatus characteristics and reference cognitive characteristics defined for content to be displayed; identify apparatus characteristics of the electronic apparatus and user cognitive characteristics; and control a display to display an image of the content based on a calibration value of image characteristics based on at least one of a relationship between the reference apparatus characteristics and the apparatus characteristics of the electronic apparatus or a relationship between the reference cognitive characteristics and the user cognitive characteristics.

  • Patent number: 7990496
Abstract: A pixel structure for a flat panel display apparatus displaying images using a plurality of pixels, each of the pixels including six or more sub-pixels. The flat panel display apparatus including the pixel structure is free from a color fringe error, and the pixel can include three or more primary colors. Thus, a color representation range of the flat panel display apparatus can be widened. In addition, since the sub-pixels of the pixel can be controlled by sub-pixel rendering, a resolution of the apparatus can be improved. Moreover, high resolution can be obtained in every direction on the display due to superior rotational symmetry of the pixels.

  • Patent number: 7486415
Abstract: An image rendering apparatus and method, and a computer-readable recording medium for storing a computer program controlling the apparatus, the image rendering apparatus including: a tristimulus value converter converting pixel values of each of the input pixels included in an input image with a desired resolution to converted tristimulus values and outputting the converted tristimulus values of the input pixels; a tristimulus value generator generating generated tristimulus values of each of the output pixels each with a predetermined area in an output image using the converted tristimulus values of each of the input pixels received from the tristimulus value converter; and a pixel value generator converting the generated tristimulus values of each of the output pixels received from the tristimulus value generator to digital pixel values and outputting the converted digital pixel values.
