  • Patent number: 11976396
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for producing a nonwoven fabric that improves filtration performance when applied as a filter material. By adjusting the modification ratio of the Y-shaped cross-section of polyester filaments constituting the nonwoven fabric, when applied to a filter by increasing a specific surface area of the nonwoven fabric, it increases the collection amount of the materials to be filtered and maintains a low differential pressure, thus enabling long-term use.

  • Patent number: 11970674
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for preparing a non-woven fabric which improves impregnation and release properties of a fabric softener in the non-woven fabric in order to apply the non-woven fabric to a dryer sheet (sheet-type fabric softener). When increasing porosity and specific surface area in a non-woven fabric made of two-component blended polyester long fibers, impregnation and release rate of a fabric softener are improved even when the non-woven fabric is lightened, making it possible to apply the non-woven fabric to a dryer sheet.

  • Patent number: 8778901
Abstract: The present invention relates to an anticancer agent containing a TMPRSS4 (transmembrane protease, serine 4) inhibitor as an effective ingredient, more precisely an anticancer agent containing an inhibitor of TMPRSS4 activity as an effective ingredient. The anticancer agent of the present invention can be used effectively for the treatment of cancer by inhibiting TMPRSS4 expression in cancer cells and thereby inhibiting cancer cell invasion and cancer cell growth.

  • Patent number: 8501175
Abstract: The present invention relates to a transmembrane protease, serine (TMPRSS4)-specific human antibody, and more particularly to a human antibody including a complementarity determining region (CDR) and a framework region (FR) derived from a human antibody specifically bound to TMPRSS4. The TMPRSS4-specific human antibody expressed in the various kinds of cancer cells of the present invention may be used in diagnosis of the cancer, classification of the disease, visualization, treatment, and prognostic evaluation.

  • Publication number: 20030194727
Abstract: In one aspect, a library of nucleic acids that encode different artificial, chimeric proteins is screened to identify a chimeric protein that alters a phenotypic trait of a cell or organism. The chimeric protein can be identified without a priori knowledge of a particular target gene or pathway. Some chimeric proteins include multiple zinc finger domains and can induce, for example, thermotolerance, solvent-tolerance, altered cellular growth, insulin production, differentiation, and drug resistance.
