Abstract: A sound guide for a speaker is capable of guiding a sound of a desired volume to a desired position regardless of installation structure of the speaker. The sound guide for a speaker includes a speaker support for supporting the speaker in a case, and a sound guide groove formed in an inner side of the speaker support, for guiding the direction of the audible signal of the speaker at a predetermined angle. The sound propagation groove has one side coupled with the speaker and other side coupled with a sound propagation hole which is formed in the case. A handset for mobile communication using the sound guide includes a case having a speaker therein, and a sound propagation hole for propagating the audible signal generated by the speaker to outside, wherein the speaker is slanted at a predetermined angle with respect to a front side of the case.

Abstract: Disclosed is a vaccine composition including a pathogenic antigen and IL-12 encapsulated in controlled release microspheres. Also, the present invention discloses a method of enhancing the adjuvant effect of IL-12 by employing an IL-12 adjuvant encapsulated in controlled release microspheres. IL-12, used as an adjuvant for a co-administered vaccine antigen in the vaccine composition, is released in vivo for a prolonged period of time by being encapsulated in controlled release microspheres, thereby maximizing its adjuvant effect.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a vaccine enhancing the protective immunity to Hepatitis C virus using plasmid DNA and recombinant adenovirus, more particularly to a vaccine consisting of ?core-E1-E2 expressing DNA vaccine, nonstructural protein NS3 and NS4 expressing DNA vaccine, nonstructural protein NS5 expressing DNA vaccine and recombinant adenovirus vaccine, and method for administration of the vaccine by priming with the DNA vaccines described above and boosting with the recombinant adenovirus vaccine thereby enhancing the protective immunity to Hepatitis C virus.

Abstract: The invention relates to a nanofiber web preparing apparatus and method via an electro-blown spinning. The nanofiber web preparing method comprises: feeding a polymer solution, which is dissolved into a given solvent, toward a spinning nozzle; discharging the polymer solution via the spinning nozzle, which is applied with a high voltage, while injecting compressed air via the lower end of the spinning nozzle; and collecting fiber spun in the form of a web on a grounded suction collector under the spinning nozzle, in which both of thermoplastic and thermosetting resins are applicable, solution doesn't need to be heated and insulation is readily realized.
