Abstract: An exemplary embodiment provides an intruder detection method capable of accurately detecting an intruder and estimating an abnormal behavior of the intruder even when viewpoints of acquired images are different from each other. An intruder detection method is suitable for being performed by an intruder detection device for detecting an intruder based on images and includes: receiving input images acquired by multiple cameras; extracting feature maps associated with a plurality of viewpoints by applying the input images to a plurality of convolutional neural networks provided separately for the plurality of viewpoints of the images; and detecting the intruder based on the feature maps associated with the plurality of viewpoints.

Abstract: A flash memory and programming method are disclosed. The flash memory includes a memory cell array having memory cells arranged in a plurality of word lines including a selected word line and a plurality of non-selected word lines and a plurality of bit lines, a high voltage generator generating a program voltage applied to the selected word line, and a pass voltage applied to at least one of the non-selected word lines adjacent to the selected word line, and control logic controlling the generation of the program voltage, such that the program voltage is incrementally increased during a program operation, and generation of the pass voltage, such that the program voltage is incrementally increased.

Abstract: An electrical dust collector has an ionization section for ionizing dust in air, and a collection section for collecting the ionized dust. The ionization section includes a high voltage wire to which a high voltage is applied, and a grounding member disposed near the high voltage wire so as to be spaced by a predetermined distance. An insulating member is disposed between the high voltage wire and the grounding member. The insulating member electrically insulates the space between the grounding member and at least an end of the high voltage line. An electrical discharge between the high voltage wire and the grounding member is prevented by the insulating member, whereby the operation of the electrical dust collector is stabilized.
