Abstract: The present invention relates to a transposon vector, a transposon system comprising same, a transposon kit, a cell into which the transposon vector is inserted, and uses thereof, wherein the present invention has been completed by confirming that an exogenous gene is effectively transferred into the chromosome of a target cell to produce a high yield of genetically modified cells. In particularly, it was confirmed that the transposon according to the present invention can effectively transfer a TCR or CAR-encoding gene to immune cells, and cells expressing the TCR or CAR show high reactivity to an antigen, and thus, it is expected that various TCR-T cells and CAR-T cells can be produced by using the transposon system according to the present invention.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE), method and system for controlling a simultaneous session are discussed. According to an embodiment, the system includes a UE to transmit a SIP message including simultaneous sessions support (SSS) setting information associated with the UE to a home network including a server; and the server to store the SSS setting information therein, and to set a session operation mode of the server for a simultaneous session of the UE based on, in part, the SSS setting information.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE), method and system for processing session based communications, are discussed. According to an embodiment, the method includes receiving a message from a terminal that informs whether the terminal supports simultaneous PT (push-to) sessions; recognizing that the terminal supports simultaneous PT sessions according to the received message; and transporting data to one or more terminals through the server operating in B2BUA (Back-to-Back User Agent) mode, wherein a simultaneous PT session refers to a session where the server performs a PT session priority function or a PT session locking function.

Abstract: Session invitation method and system in a PTx communication system are disclosed. For session invitation, an inviting terminal adds first media information corresponding to session information in an invitation message and transmits it or transmits it through an RTP. Then, the first media information received by an invited terminal is checked and an invitee determines whether to accept the invitation before joining the session. When the invitation is rejected, the invited terminal adds second media information corresponding to a reason for rejection in a reject message and transmits it, or transmits it through the RTP.

Abstract: A mobile communications terminal, and method and system for controlling a floor during a PT session, are discussed. According to one aspect of the present invention, the terminal includes a PT client. The PT client includes a controller to request a user's confirmation of media burst for a PT session when the PT client receives a media burst confirmation request. The controller selectively starts encoding of media data of the PT session depending on the user's response to the controller's request.

The inviting PT client or the invited PT client can be selectively restricted by using information on operation conditions under which the flags are operated.

The method includes determining which server serves most clients invited to a session among at least two different servers serving at least two clients, and designating the determined server to be a server having a controlling function.

Abstract: A method for providing a push-to (PT) service employing an invitation reservation mechanism is disclosed in which an invitation reservation function is set in a PT server so that, without an instruction of a PT client, the PT server can invite other PT clients who are available for session establishment. A method for reserving a PT service includes setting an invitation reservation function in a transmitting side PT server; requesting and receiving by the transmitting side PT server state information of PT clients who are targets for joining a session when operation conditions of the invitation reservation function are met; and transmitting by the transmitting side PT server an invite signal to the PT clients when the PT clients are in a state available for establishment of a session.

Abstract: A system and method for making a multimedia message service compatible with a non-supported multimedia message terminal. The system comprising a first system for converting a format of a multimedia message and transmitting a uniform resource locator and an access code of the converted multimedia message in response to a receiving terminal being detected as the non-supported multimedia message terminal. A second system for receiving the converted multimedia message, and transmitting the uniform resource locator and the access code to the non-supported multimedia terminal. The non-supported multimedia terminal receives the converted multimedia message.
