Abstract: The present invention relates to novel mesylate salt of N-(5-(4-(4-((dimethylamino)methyl)-3-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)pyrimidine-2-ylamino)-4-methoxy-2-morpholinophenyl)acrylamide, a novel crystalline form thereof, and a process for preparing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to mesylate salt of N-(5-(4-(4-((dimethylamino)methyl)-3-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)pyrimidine-2-ylamino)-4-methoxy-2-morpholinophenyl)acrylamide, which is excellent in stability, solubility, and bioavailability when it is administered not only alone but also in combination with other drugs and which has a high purity, a crystalline form thereof, and a process for preparing the same.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are an ?1/CaV3.1 double knockout mouse or ?1?/?; Emx1-Cre mouse with enhanced essential tremor and a screening method of therapeutic agents for essential tremor by using the same. The ?1/CaV3.1 double knockout mouse or ?1?/?; Emx1-Cre mouse of the present invention may be usefully used for development of therapeutic agents for essential tremor because the mouse exhibits essential tremor strong and evident enough to be visually confirmed, compared to an ?1 knockout mouse.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for the prevention and treatment of essential tremor by blocking ?1G T-type calcium channel, a preventive and therapeutic agent for essential tremor containing the ?1G T-type calcium channel blocker as an active ingredient, and a screening method of a preventive and therapeutic agent for essential tremor by investigating ?1G T-type calcium channel blocking activity. More precisely, the present invention relates to a method for the prevention and treatment of essential tremor by using ?1G T-type calcium channel blocker, for which the inventors confirmed that the ?1G T-type calcium channel knock out mice (?1G?/?) had resistance against essential tremor and when the T-type channel blocker was administered to the wild type mice (?1G+/+), they gained resistance against essential tremor.
