Abstract: There is disclosed a method for determining a cancer treatment candidate drug including generating, by a simulation device, a plurality of specific perturbation networks by applying mutation information for a first cancer cell line to each of a plurality of drug responsive networks for a plurality of drugs, and selecting a plurality of candidate drugs from among the plurality of drugs based on a plurality of cell death probabilities for the first cancer cell line output by the plurality of specific perturbation networks.
