Accordingly, it is possible to reduce the height of the chamber by decreasing the height of the crucibles and to perform symmetric or asymmetric deposition by independently performing left/right deposition on a substrate.

A hole is formed in the housing shaft, absorbs stress occurring during welding, and reduces variation in levelness of the polygon mirror. A coupling part couples the edge of the hole with the polygon mirror.
