    Abstract: Provided is a garnet-type solid-state electrolyte including a compound represented by Formula 1 and including a crystalline phase. The crystalline phase includes a cubic phase, and in a 7Li nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum of the solid-state electrolyte, a first peak appears at about ?2 ppm to about 8 ppm, and a full width at half maximum of the first peak is from about 0.3 ppm to about 4.0 ppm. Also provided is a method of preparing the solid-state electrolyte and a lithium battery including the solid-state electrolyte.
