    Abstract: Solar cells according to the present invention form a bulk heterojunction (BHJ) active layer using a first polymer, a second polymer and a first small molecule, having energy structures as shown in FIG. 2, in which the second polymer plays a charge-bridging role. As such, even if the content of the first small molecule is reduced for increasing the lifetime of solar cell, the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of solar cells can be greatly increased. Further, the size of the first small molecule aggregates on the surface of thin film can be increased, thereby leading to a change in nanostructure of the BHJ active layer.

The functionalized carbon nanoparticles according to the present invention are tightly bound to the polymer fiber, thereby providing the polymer fiber with the properties of carbon nanoparticle.
