The display apparatus includes: a display; a memory storing at least one instruction; and one or more processors connected to the display and the memory to control the display apparatus, wherein the one or more processors are configured to: pre-process an image; obtain an edge image by identifying a contour corresponding to each of a plurality of objects included in the pre-processed image; perform image processing to adjust at least one of a thickness or a color of each of the plurality of contours included in the edge image; obtain an output image by overlaying or blending the edge image subjected to image processing on or with the pre-processed image; and display the output image through the display.

A plurality of evaporators is connected to the flow adjustment part, and the plurality of evaporators includes a first evaporator and a second evaporator. A first refrigerant passage extends from the flow adjustment part to the first evaporator, and a second refrigerant passage extends from the flow adjustment part to the second evaporator. A guide tube extends from the dryer to one side of at least one evaporator of the plurality of evaporators to guide the refrigerant to be cooled.

    Abstract: A method of the identification of Bacillus species by direct in-situ analysis of MALDI-TOF MS (Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization Time-Of-Flight Mass Spectometry) in which spore-forming bacteria are applied intact without any pretreatment, and an analysis system of distinctive biomarkers which allow Bacillus spores to be distinguished. Rapid and accurate detection and identification of Bacillus species can be achieved by the method and analysis system.
