    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a hydrophilic modified polymer membrane and a method for fabricating the same, and more specifically, to a polymer membrane dip-coated with double bond-containing PVDF (DPVDF) and modified to be hydrophilic by reaction with a polymer or monomer containing an amine group, and a method of fabricating the same. The polymer membrane of the present disclosure is fabricated by physically coating a porous polymer substrate by dip coating with DPVDF, and then chemically modifying the surface of the dip-coated substrate to be hydrophilic using a polymer or monomer containing an amine group. That is, the polymer membrane is fabricated by performing both physical coating and chemical coating so that the dissolution of inorganic particles in the membrane can be further suppressed.

The semiconductor memory device includes a substrate having a cell region and a peripheral region, a cell region isolation layer that separates the cell region from the peripheral region, and a plurality of cell gate structures, each including a cell gate electrode that extends in a first direction. The cell region includes a plurality of active areas that extend in a second direction different from the first direction, and are between a respective cell element isolation layer and the cell region isolation layer. Each of the active areas includes a first portion and a second portion separated by the cell gate structure, the second portion of the active area is on both sides of a respective one of the first portion of the active area. The active areas includes a normal active area and a dummy active area.

    Abstract: A remote control system and method are disclosed that can remotely control user data stored in a remote portable terminal. The system includes a slave terminal, set in a remote control function, for storing the user data, and a master terminal for requesting the user data from the slave terminal and receiving it. The slave terminal authenticates the master terminal when the master terminal requests the user data therefrom, compresses the requested user data, according to the size of user data, during the authentication, and transmits the compressed user data to the master terminal.
